1. AGREEMENT
By accessing this website or purchasing any product or service from The Clean Mom Edit you agree to these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree please do not use this site or purchase any offerings.
2. ABOUT THE CLEAN MOM EDIT
The Clean Mom Edit is owned and operated by MaKenzie Byram. We offer digital products, memberships, coaching sessions, and educational content related to Human Design, nervous system regulation, and gut health for mothers.
3. NOT MEDICAL ADVICE
The content on this website and inside all programs and sessions is for educational and informational purposes only. MaKenzie Byram is a certified gut health specialist and Human Design practitioner — not a licensed therapist, doctor, or medical professional.
Nothing on this site or inside any program constitutes medical advice, mental health treatment, or a substitute for professional medical care. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your health or wellness routine.
4. PAYMENTS
All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We use Stripe to process all payments securely. Your financial information is never stored on our servers.
5. REFUND POLICY
Free Training: No payment required. No refund applicable.
Aligned Membership: Due to the digital nature of this membership and immediate access to content, all sales are final and non-refundable. You may cancel your membership at any time and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Aligned Strategy Session: All sales are final and non-refundable. If you need to reschedule please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are forfeited.
Restore 1:1 Transformation: Payment terms and refund policy will be outlined in your individual client agreement prior to starting. All contracts are binding once signed.
6. CANCELLATION POLICY
Aligned Membership: You may cancel your membership at any time inside your account settings. No questions asked. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Aligned Strategy Session: Please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance via your Calendly confirmation email. Same day cancellations are non-refundable.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, audio recordings, videos, and the Aligned Mother Method™ framework are the intellectual property of MaKenzie Byram and The Clean Mom Edit. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without express written permission.
8. RESULTS DISCLAIMER
Results shared on this website are not guaranteed. Every woman who comes to this work is unique and individual results will vary based on many factors including personal commitment, consistency, and individual circumstances. Testimonials shared are real experiences but are not a promise of what you will experience.
9. PRIVACY
Your personal information including name, email, birth date, birth time, and birth location collected for Human Design chart purposes is kept strictly confidential and will never be sold or shared with third parties. Please review our full Privacy Policy for more details.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law The Clean Mom Edit and MaKenzie Byram shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or any of our programs or services.
